We expand access to golf for youth historically excluded from the sport by providing financial support, inclusive programming, mentorship, support, belonging and community partnerships that remove economic and social barriers to participation.

  • We believe every young person—regardless of income, race, gender, or background—deserves full and equal access to the game of golf. We work to remove the historical and financial barriers that have limited participation.

  • We intentionally build welcoming environments where all youth feel valued, represented, and supported. Everyone has a place on the course.

  • Young people are at the heart of every decision. We design programs that nurture confidence, personal development, and the skills needed to thrive in golf and in life.

  • We create pathways from first swing to competitive play. Every young person should have the chance to explore the sport, develop their abilities, and pursue their goals at any level.

  • Trusted mentors and volunteers provide guidance, encouragement, and stability. Through partnerships with families, schools, golf professionals, and community organizations, we strengthen support networks around each young golfer.

  • We model and teach honesty, respect, humility, and fairness—timeless values at the core of the game and essential for strong character.

  • Golf should be fun. We celebrate curiosity, discovery, and the joy that comes from taking a “full swing,” whether for recreation or competition.
